Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Garden City, New York.

Job Description
- Support attorneys with commercial real estate and lending matters from opening through closing
- Prepare, revise, and organize legal documents, closing checklists, and transaction files
- Coordinate due diligence, title, survey, lien, and entity documents
- Assist with closings, post-closing follow-up, and file management
- Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Track deadlines, manage documentation, and help keep transactions moving efficiently
- Maintain organized files and provide day-to-day support across active real estate matters
Qualifications
- 2 years of directly relevant real estate paralegal experience preferred
- Strong experience with real estate transactions, lending, or related commercial real estate matters
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced law firm environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Paralegal certificate is a plus, but practical experience is more important
