Job Description

As a Real Estate Attorney, you'll have the opportunity to work on engaging property-related legal matters while helping clients navigate important transactions and decisions.

• Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions and legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, contracts, and other real estate documents.
• Assist with title examinations, title issues, closings, and property-related due diligence.
• Identify legal risks and develop practical solutions for clients.
• Handle real estate disputes and related legal questions as appropriate to your experience.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to deliver excellent client service.
• Build lasting client relationships through responsive communication and sound legal advice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Kentucky Bar membership or eligibility for admission.
• 2 years of real estate law experience preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate transactions, contracts, title matters, or property-related legal issues.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client matters responsibly and work effectively with a team.
• Willingness to work on-site in Paducah, KY.
