Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Houston, Texas, built for someone who wants to be in the office with a busy trial team and fully immersed in the work.

Note: Candidates must have 5 years of directly relevant plaintiff’s personal injury experience and be able to handle cases from intake through trial, including real courtroom exposure and trial readiness.

Job Description

• Handle plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through trial
• Manage the full case lifecycle, including case evaluation, client development, investigation, discovery, negotiation, and trial preparation
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and build cases for resolution or verdict
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy in complex and catastrophic injury matters
• Negotiate with insurers and defense counsel while preparing every case as though it may be tried
• Appear in court confidently and advocate for clients in hearings, conferences, and trial proceedings
• Work closely with clients through difficult and often life-changing circumstances
• Collaborate with a high-performing litigation team in a fast-paced plaintiff trial environment
• Contribute to business development and relationship-building efforts where appropriate

Qualifications

• 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Strong experience handling cases from intake through trial
• Actual courtroom experience required
• Comfortable managing discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation
• Strong case ownership, client management, and advocacy skills
• Texas bar admission strongly preferred or ability to practice in the role as required
• High work ethic and comfort in a busy trial-focused environment
