Pay: $76,500.00 - $179,000.00 per year
Note: This hybrid position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at our client’s Hackensack, NJ office.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.

Job Description
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Draft, proofread, and e-file pleadings, motions, and other court documents (CM/ECF and NJ e-filing required)
- Organize and maintain case files, court records, and discovery databases
- Manage dockets, calendars, deadlines, and case-related schedules
- Assist with deposition preparation, digest transcripts, and coordinate exhibits
- Conduct and coordinate electronic and paper discovery, including legal holds, collection, and review of ESI
- Utilize Relativity, Concordance, and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) for case management and document review
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and support staff to ensure deadlines and case requirements are met
Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required
- Proficiency in CM/ECF and New Jersey e-filing systems
- Strong knowledge of Relativity, Concordance, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with iManage is a plus
