Job Description
- Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide trusted legal counsel.
- Manage an independent caseload while collaborating with team members as needed.
- Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships.
- Utilize legal research platforms and case management tools effectively.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license.
- 1 years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Comfortable appearing in court and interacting with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple matters with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with business, real estate, commercial, or civil litigation is a plus.
