Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Pay: $145,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, Florida, offering the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team in a strong legal and business market.

Note: Candidates must be active members of the Florida Bar and must have labor and employment litigation experience.

Job Description

• Handle labor and employment litigation matters from early strategy through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, position statements, correspondence, and other litigation documents
• Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, client communications, and opposing counsel communications
• Work independently and collaboratively with partners, senior attorneys, and litigation teams
• Proactively organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines across an active caseload
• Support clients and case teams with strong legal analysis, practical recommendations, and high-quality written work product

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license required
• 4 years of litigation experience required
• Labor and employment litigation experience required
• Strong writing, communication, organization, and case management skills required
• Ability to handle litigation responsibilities independently or as part of a team required
• Strong academic credentials preferred
• Law firm labor and employment litigation experience preferred
