Location: Grandville, Michigan – This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll work closely with an experienced legal team while serving clients throughout West Michigan.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Michigan. Immigration law experience is welcomed but not required for candidates with strong legal writing, advocacy, and litigation skills.

Job Description
- Represent clients in immigration removal proceedings and related court matters.
- Prepare and file immigration applications, petitions, motions, and legal briefs.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Meet directly with clients to provide legal guidance and case updates.
- Draft correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Assemble supporting evidence for immigration filings.
- Travel to courts and hearings as needed.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to provide exceptional client service.
- Manage an active caseload while maintaining high-quality legal work.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD).
- Active Michigan Bar license required.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Immigration law experience is a plus but not required.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple products is preferred.
