Job Description
- Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Support attorneys throughout the estate planning process from client intake through document execution.
- Communicate with clients to gather information, answer questions, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and maintain client files while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and document workflows.
- Coordinate document signings and ensure completed files are properly maintained.
- Assist with general administrative and paralegal responsibilities to support the estate planning practice.
Qualifications
- 1 year of estate planning law experience.
- Estate Planning Legal Assistant experience is welcome.
- Experience preparing estate planning documents.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management software.
