Location

This role requires an active Washington State Bar license (or eligibility to waive in) and a minimum of 4 years of directly relevant commercial litigation experience.

Job Description
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts
- Manage discovery, including strategy, depositions, and document review oversight
- Work closely with partners and clients to develop case strategy and drive results
- Collaborate with a high-performing litigation team on sophisticated business disputes
Qualifications
- 4 years of commercial litigation experience gained at a law firm or through relevant clerkship experience
- Active Washington Bar license or ability to waive in
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience handling matters in state and federal courts
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong academic credentials
