Location:
Troy, Alabama. This is an on-site clinical position providing anesthesia care directly within the hospital and surgical environment.
Note:
Candidates must hold the required Alabama nursing/CRNA credentials and current ACLS/BLS certifications. Previous CRNA experience is preferred but is not listed as a mandatory minimum.

Job Description
- Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgery and special procedures.
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
- Administer anesthesia, including induction, airway management, intubation, maintenance, and emergence.
- Continuously monitor and support vital life functions throughout anesthesia administration.
- Complete appropriate post-anesthesia evaluations and support safe patient recovery.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Provide clinical expertise related to airway management, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, respiratory support, and pain management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and strict patient confidentiality.
- Follow established clinical, ethical, safety, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and nurse anesthesia program.
- Current Alabama Registered Nurse license with appropriate CRNA designation/authorization.
- Current CRNA certification.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Previous CRNA experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient safety.
