Location: Opportunity available in either Baltimore, MD or Columbia, MD. This is a full-time, onsite position offering the flexibility to choose the office location that best fits you.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Maryland and have at least 3 years of business litigation experience, including courtroom and trial experience.

Job Description
- Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
- Handle breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and other commercial litigation cases.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, document production, depositions, and motion practice.
- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal memoranda and briefs.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple matters efficiently.
Qualifications
- Maryland Bar license required.
- 3 years of business litigation experience.
- Prior courtroom experience required.
- Actual trial experience required.
- Experience managing all phases of pre-trial discovery.
- Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
