Location: Mission Viejo, California – Full-time, on-site position in a professional, collaborative office environment.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in California and have at least 5 years of direct business litigation experience. Candidates with construction litigation experience are highly preferred.

Job Description
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop strategic case recommendations.
- Represent clients during hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
- Develop litigation strategies tailored to each client's business objectives.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case updates and legal guidance.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
- Maintain organized case files while effectively managing deadlines and priorities.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- 5 years of business litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing litigation matters with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using modern legal technology and case management software.
- Construction litigation experience is highly preferred.
