Location: Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, this role is best suited for someone who can work closely with the team and help support the day-to-day needs of a busy personal injury practice group.
Note: Must have at least 3 years of paralegal experience, be fluent in Spanish and English, and be comfortable working with a high level of independence in a personal injury setting.

Job Description
- Support attorneys in a small personal injury practice group with day-to-day case management
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients clearly and professionally
- Manage files with a high level of organization and follow-through
- Draft correspondence, forms, and case-related documents
- Assist with intake, records collection, medical records and bills, and general case development
- Track deadlines and keep matters moving without heavy supervision
- Coordinate with clients, providers, insurance carriers, and other outside parties
- Help prepare demand packages, case summaries, and supporting materials
- Maintain accurate notes, updates, and documentation throughout the life of the case
- Provide dependable support to help the practice group run smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
- 3 years of paralegal experience
- Spanish/English bilingual fluency
- Prior personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Able to work autonomously and manage responsibilities with minimal hand-holding
- Strong client communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
