Location: This is an in-person, full-time role based in Uniondale, NY, offering you a great opportunity to immerse yourself in personal injury and no-fault arbitration law.
Note: Must be an admitted attorney to practice law in New York, with prior litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have an interest in personal injury law and no-fault arbitration.

Job Description
- Represent clients in no-fault arbitration and personal injury litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for court filings
- Assist in discovery, including gathering evidence, preparing witnesses, and managing case files
- Prepare for hearings, mediations, and trials by organizing legal research and evidence
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Attend hearings and trials to support senior attorneys
- Manage case files, ensuring all documents and deadlines are tracked and met
- Work closely with senior attorneys to strategize and execute case plans
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice law in New York
- Prior litigation experience preferred (internships or clerkships count)
- Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow within the firm
