Job Description
- Handle No-Fault arbitration matters before the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
- Appear at arbitration hearings and advocate on behalf of clients
- Draft position statements, briefs, and legal correspondence
- Review medical records, billing documentation, and claim files
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Manage an assigned caseload with guidance from senior attorneys
Qualifications
- Active New York State Bar admission in good standing
- 2 years of law office experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience in litigation, arbitration, insurance defense, no-fault, personal injury, or medical billing disputes is a plus but not required
