Job Description
- Represent clients in immigration, criminal defense, traffic, and occasionally family law and personal injury cases.
- Handle daily court appearances (often virtual) and manage a varied caseload.
- Conduct client intakes, consultations, and maintain open communication throughout the case.
- Review and manage discovery, case files, and related documentation.
- Draft and file legal complaints and obtain necessary records, such as medical documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive case handling.
- Participate in training and development programs to advance your legal expertise.
Qualifications
- Active bar license in New Jersey (relocation assistance available)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong organizational and communication skills
