Job Summary:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of various health conditions, with a focus on pain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and obtain detailed medical histories.
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedures.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards of nursing practice.
- We specialize in Personal Injury due to motor vehicle accidents.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in Personal Injury is a plus.
- Focus on Pain Management is a plus.
- Current Texas state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current DEA, CPR, BLS, and AANP certifications.
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
