Admin Department | Front Desk Coordinator
Los Angeles, CA – In Office (Brentwood)
Full-Time - 90-day Trial period at $23.50/hr, $2/hr after
The Front Desk Coordinator will handle reception responsibilities and offer essential support to keep office operations running smoothly. As the first point of contact for clients and vendors, this role also involves managing documents, updating the CRM, handling clerical tasks, and maintaining the office environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage client interactions alongside administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, answer incoming calls, and deliver professional front desk support.
- Maintain and update client records and administrative files accurately and discreetly according to company standards.
- Connecting with clients, collecting feedback, and regularly following up to provide the best customer experience.
- Manage shipping logistics, including generating FedEx labels, scheduling pickups, and tracking shipments.
- Collect, sort, and deliver mail daily; receive and process incoming packages.
- Keep the office organized by ordering supplies, restocking breakroom items, and keeping shared spaces tidy.
- Greet guests professionally and provide a smooth client experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning new administrative systems.
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
