Position Summary
The Technical Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting workplace operations across multiple office locations, ensuring a reliable and efficient environment for employees. This position partners closely with the IT Manager to coordinate facilities, office infrastructure, and workplace technology initiatives.
This role is responsible for driving day-to-day operational readiness, supporting facilities-related projects and managing vendor relationships, while providing additional technical support as needed.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain overall office operational readiness and workspace functionality
• Coordinate facilities and infrastructure needs with internal teams and external vendors
• Support and execute facilities-related projects, including relocations, expansions, and improvements
• Partner across locations to ensure consistency in workplace operations and support
• Manage vendor coordination and service delivery for office operations and infrastructure
• Oversee workplace technology and equipment readiness, including inventory and deployment support
• Support basic networking, cloud, and server-related operational needs in coordination with the IT team
• Assist with routine system and server maintenance activities, including updates and general environment upkeep
• Engagement in special projects as needed
• Provide onsite technical assistance and coordinate escalation when needed
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• Experience in operations, facilities coordination, or technical support environments
• Strong ability to manage priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and drive execution
• Experience working with vendors and supporting operational projects
• Solid understanding of workplace technology and office infrastructure
• Familiarity with enterprise technology environments, including platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Meraki networking, and Microsoft 365
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment with shifting priorities
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Team-focused mindset with a proactive approach to support and service
Physical and Work Conditions
Standard office environment, equipment, and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Employees must be open to working overtime to complete assigned tasks.
