Scrum Master Opportunity – CRM Transformation Program

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead a large-scale, complex CRM transformation initiative. This role is critical to driving the evolution of how the organization interacts with Salesforce, as part of a broader migration to an internal platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery for a major CRM transformation program, focused on reimagining business interaction with Salesforce.
• Drive execution across large, complex initiatives, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
• Potentially manage up to two concurrent workstreams, ensuring successful delivery and coordination.
• Act as both Scrum Master and Project Manager, wearing multiple hats to support end-to-end delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and maintain team velocity.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency and team productivity.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum) environments — strictly Agile (no Waterfall background).
• Proven ability to lead high-visibility, large-scale programs with multiple dependencies.
• Demonstrated experience driving delivery with high energy, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of effective business engagement.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms and/or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• Background that includes Business Analyst (BA) capabilities is a plus.
