We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and staff
- Support night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy and reporting
- Foster positive guest relations through attentive service and personalized interactions
Requirements
- Availabilty must include 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and night audit (11pm-7am)
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services within a resort or hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is advantageous
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
- Hospitality management background or experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
