Orion Group’s PartnerPlus are retained on a Senior Project Manager (PE) role in Los Angeles where you take full ownership of land development projects… from early design through approvals and delivery.
You’ll:
• Lead the design team and set direction
• Own client relationships directly
• Coordinate with agencies and drive approvals
• Control quality, schedule, and execution
No extra layers. No waiting for decisions to filter down. #
It suits someone who’s already operating at a high level but feels capped where they are.
Requirements are straightforward:
• PE license
• 8–15 years in civil / land development
• Comfortable leading projects and being accountable
Most “Senior Project Manager” roles don’t actually change anything.

You’re still:
• Delivering projects you don’t fully control
• Dealing with clients but not owning the relationship
