The Orion Group is seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Review completed work orders and generate accurate invoices
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and attached to invoices
- Review and approve vendor and supplier invoices
- Prepare after-the-fact quotes as needed
- Identify and escalate any concerns over improperly documented work that cannot be invoiced
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 years experience in billing or a related field
- Working knowledge of basic business math
- Able to reliably commute to the office for training and workdays
- High level of computer literacy with proficiency in software programs such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
