Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
- Perform tool changes, adjustments, and minor program edits as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC milling machines (3-axis or 5-axis preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with G-code programming and CAM software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred.
