What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at Orion Business Innovations Careers?

- The Business Analyst will partner with business process leads and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, decisions, and client needs.
- They are responsible for translating requirements into solution options and functional designs, assess impacts to end-to-end processes and integrations, and provide clear playback and recommendations.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Agile, development, QA/testing, and business) to refine requirements, clarify application functionality, and manage expectations.
- Creation and maintenance of analysis deliverables such as use cases, process diagrams, prototypes/storyboards, report mockups, data conversion specifications, and detailed functional specifications.
- Support delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis and operational efficiency improvements, and ensure requirements-to-test traceability by reviewing and validating test cases and scripts.
- Minimum 6 years experience in related role and responsibilities.
- Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university; preferable in a software development discipline.
- High level knowledge & experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ServiceNow, Databases/SQL, APIs/Technical integrations.
- Business Analyst Certification preferred.
