The Role
We are looking for a strategic, high-energy Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll push beyond managing timelines and budgets, acting as the bridge between our clients and amazing internal creative and digital teams. Working with the Director of Account Strategy, you will lead client presentations, craft project plans for exciting branding, digital, and marketing initiatives, and help steer the strategic direction of our accounts.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary, trusted day-to-day contact for our clients, ensuring their goals align with our creative execution.
- Conduct deep-dive research, brand audits, and competitive analyses to uncover consumer insights that fuel our strategies and campaigns.
- Partner with internal teams to build project plans, deliver presentations that wow our clients, and grow your accounts through proposals and pitches.
- Independently manage timelines, assets, and budgets to ensure every deliverable hits the mark.
What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing/communications experience.
- A mix of strategic thinking and meticulous organization. You’re a self-starter who thrives independently but loves collaborating with a tight-knit team.
- Previous marketing agency experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with social media, digital advertising, or media is a plus.
