Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones in a timely manner.
- Place orders for on and off premise accounts.
- Enter email, voicemail, and fax orders.
- Help customers with any questions or concerns about their accounts.
- Track and apply credits and debits for customers.
Qualifications:
- Must have good listening and communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of our portfolio.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
