The Role
The Host/Carry-Out Specialist is a dual-threat role focused on hospitality and precision. You manage the flow of the dining room while acting as the dedicated ambassador for our off-premise guests.

- The Carry-Out Experience: Own the phone and online ordering process. Ensure every carry-out order is organized, accurate, and packaged with care.
- Stage Management: Keep the entryway and host station pristine and organized, ensuring our "stage" always looks its best.
- Results-Oriented Communication: Provide accurate wait times to guests and clear updates to the service team to ensure a smooth flow of service.
