Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our growing menswear brand. You are passionate about operational excellence, delivering clear communication and excellent customer service, while maintaining accurate inventory, documentation, and internal systems. This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can manage multiple priorities while collaborating closely with our partners in India.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations across inventory systems and ApparelMagic ERP.
- Manage the Shopify platform, including uploading product imagery, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating the end-to-end fulfillment process from warehouse intake to final customer delivery.
- Monitor inventory and shipment activity, reconciling deliveries within internal reporting systems.
- Handle logistics and billing inquiries, coordinating with partners and providing proactive and clear communication across teams.
- Process client payments from intake to deposit, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies with factory, partners, and clients.
- Liaise with factories to support production deadlines and timely delivery.
- Partner with sales to manage and process purchase orders in ApparelMagic ERP.
- Maintain documentation and internal records to support business operations.
- Coordinate sample sales, including preparing inventory, updating systems, managing availability, and facilitating shipment and payment.
- Maintain an organized, client-ready showroom and sample archive to support sales and operations.
- Manage client interactions with a customer-first approach, resolving issues and coordinating with internal teams.
- Lead office operations and provide administrative support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reporting.
- Additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.
