Production Worker

Original Crunch Roll Factory, LLC is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our food manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to producing safe, high quality food products, specifically our amazing Crunch Rolls. This role supports the processing, packaging, and quality control of Crunch Rolls while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. Crunch Rolls are a deep-friend roll filled with your favorite chef-inspired ingredients. It’s a snacking experience you must taste to believe! Essential Responsibilities:

· Ability to read and comprehend SOP’s, procedure manuals, safety documents, training material and maintenance instructions

· Operate and monitor basic food production and packaging equipment

· Assist with food processing, weighing, labeling, and packaging products

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Perform visual quality checks and report issues to supervisors or the quality team

· Use of pallet jack to move inventory around

· Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods

· Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

· Follow all food safety , quality, and sanitation standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP’s), along with workplace safety rules and procedures

· Identify and Communicate any quality issues, ingredient/material problems and equipment breakdowns

· Additional production support duties as necessary

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand on concrete floors for an extended period of time

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

· Some bending, carrying and twisting of the torso

· Ability to perform repetitive tasks, continuously reaching ,repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions

· Work quickly and efficiently

· Comfortable working in a varying temperature environment or refrigerated environment

Work Environment:

· Food manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and food ingredients including, but not limited to, milk, flour and egg products

· Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required

· Work in close proximity to coworkers

· Areas can be cold and hot for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $16.00-$20.00 per hour, pay commensurate with experience. Weekly pay.

Manufacturing experience a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
