What you'll do:
- Coach through behaviors that in turn drive results.
- Oversee a team of leaders in an assigned region to deliver on our mission to just feel good.
- Ability to lead build a strong Team can identify talent to lead within the organization.
- Hire, train, develop, retain, evaluate leadership talent to create maintain high performing teams that reduce turnover, create succession growth, ensure that our top talent is ready to take on additional responsibilities.
- Provide guidance to Operations leaders to help them connect the metrics to business processes focus on continuous improvement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Champion the operating culture by delivering a high level of system-wide operations execution that exceeds guest expectations in each Shop, every shift, every time; build a culture of accountability to financial operational standards.
- Develop maintain relationships across the company to ensure productive partnerships with various cross functional business partners team members at our corporate office.
- Exhibit leadership by example through effective coaching, motivating, reinforcing the company's operating principles core values (Committed, Honest, Original, Positive) while maintaining a high level of visibility with company operations.
- Execute high impact visits that stay connected to Team performance Shop reality to ensure opportunities are known support is provided where needed.
- Effectively write execute action plans that get the right actions in place to address opportunities or goals across the Market or in a single Shop.
Who you are:
- 3 years of successful multi-unit leadership experience or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people get results through others.
- Ability to organize juggle multiple priorities.
- Familiar with Google Suite Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- High performance team player.
- Skill in assessing prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, demands.
- Strong written verbal communication skills.
