You are a proven, results-driven senior seller who thinks like a CEO and closes business with an urgent, client-first mindset. You have the EQ and IQ to accelerate adoption of Origin’s CTV formats across new verticals across the United States, with a focus on travel, tourism, retail, and co-op oriented brands. You are a builder who thrives with autonomy and clear accountability. You love creating and owning pipeline, mapping smart ways to break through, and forecasting with credibility.
What You Will Do
- Source, evangelize, and win new customers for Origin’s suite of CTV ad formats.
- Oversee management of assigned accounts.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage clients within our CRM, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Report to leadership on current and future needs expressed by clients and prospects.
- Show up at the right industry events and forums to create momentum, not just to attend.
- Build pipeline through thoughtful outreach, partner co-selling, and stage-gated pursuits.
- Run your business like a P&L, forecast cleanly, de-risk early, and call your number.
- Partner with Studio and Product to translate prospect feedback into pilots and launches.
What You Bring
- Minimum 10 years in a builder sales role at a leading digital, video, or creative media business.
- Advanced understanding of digital video and Connected TV.
- Working knowledge of data, targeting, and campaign planning.
- Superior time management skills.
- You embrace mistakes and misses as learning opportunities.
- Proven ability to sell creative technology by tying it to business outcomes.
- Comfortable multi-threading across CMOs, heads of media, creatives, and programmatic leads.
- Demonstrated success thriving while the playbook is still being written, and helping to write it.
- You anticipate obstacles or objections, and solve them before they become issues.
What Success Looks Like
- 30 days: ramp while launching targeted outreach in parallel, 25 warm introductions that lead to three active pursuits with clear next steps.
- 60: three qualified multi-threaded opportunities at proposal stage, first pilot scoped.
- 90 days: one new logo closed, two pilots in flight
- 180 days: fully integrated member of the sales team with pipeline coverage at three times quarterly quota.

Compensation and Benefits
- OTE: $300,000 to $345,000, uncapped commission plan.
- Monthly stipends: $750 insurance, $100 internet, $50 cell.
