Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across functions such as, IT, HR, Communications, or ESG
- Develop and implement innovative category strategies to maximize the value of supplier relationships
- Advance the procurement organization by driving process improvements and enhancing efficiency
- Lead negotiations to optimize pricing and contracts across multiple indirect spend categories
- Support supplier diversity initiatives and monitor performance across spend categories
- Create workpapers and documentation relied upon by internal teams and external parties
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with procurement policies
Qualifications:
- 5 years of applicable procurement experience; experience managing supplier diversity programs and multiple indirect spend categories is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and provide timely status updates
- Proficiency with Excel and ability to analyze and present data effectively
- Strong business acumen with the curiosity to learn new categories and drive impact
- Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
