Broad Responsibilities
- Capital Formation & Investor Targeting: Develop and execute strategies to identify and connect with high-quality prospective investors (endowments, foundations, pensions, etc.) to expand the firm’s capital base.
- Marketing & Brand Strategy: Represent the firm at conferences and events to increase brand visibility and establish relationships. Deliver insights on market positioning and help craft outreach messaging.
- Investor Relations & Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential LPs; ensure consistent communication and a positive investor experience.
- Market Research: Analyze market intelligence to understand competitor positioning and uncover new capital sourcing opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in investment fundraising, marketing, or investor relations
- Background in hedge funds, private equity, or other asset managers preferred
- Strong executive presence, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a natural connector
- Comfortable with frequent travel and high-level networking
- Self-starter with a team-oriented, no-ego approach to collaboration
Salary : $150,000 - $220,000
