Origin Point Brands is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Pricing and Program Coordinator. As a member of the Programs and Pricing Team, the ideal candidate will work closely with Director of Costs & Pricing and Assistant Program Manager to effectively and efficiently provide pricing support for our nationwide sales team and representatives. They will support the Programs/Pricing team in maintaining accurate program documentation, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with internal departments. This role plays a key part in enabling the team to generate customer programs more rapidly while OPB aggressively pursues new business both via new customer and expanding product categories. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, accountable, and dependable individual who works well as part of a team. This support role will work primarily within Excel databases and the OPB ERP system.
PRICING AND PROGRAM COORDINATOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain OPB systems and documents with respect to customer pricing and product specifications
- Creating and maintaining customer price levels and prices in an Oracle NetSuite ERP environment
- Provide support to OPB Customer Service team with regards to customer program and product inquiries
- Quickly and accurately analyze data sets
- Aid the team in compiling and analyzing data for customer-focused initiatives
- Assist to coordinate project communications, including meetings, calls, and follow-ups, ensuring alignment and clarity among cross-functional teams
- Help to improve internal business development processes
- Perform other projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Comfortable working individually and as a part of a team
- Confident in taking initiative to improve efficiency
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
PREFERRED
- Previous experience with Oracle/NetSuite ERP
- Knowledge in distribution/operation principles
- Import experience or knowledge
