About the Role 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the U.S. market, you’ll be at the very start of the journey, the first voice that prospective practices/health systems hear. You’ll play a key role in building early relationships, opening doors, and creating opportunities for organizations that can benefit most from our solutions.


Your job is to identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, and connect them with our Account Executives and Application Specialists. By doing this, you’ll help fuel the company’s growth while directly contributing to the advancement of women’s healthcare.



What will you do? 

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively prospect practices and health systems in the U.S. using cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Engage decision-makers such as CXOs, OB-GYNs, Sonographers, MFMs, and IT stakeholders to spark interest and schedule meetings.
  • Qualify Prospects: Quickly evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine fit. Identify key pain points in clinical workflows or operational processes and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives for deeper conversations or product demos.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot). Track activities, update prospect details, monitor engagement, and ensure consistent progress toward weekly outreach and pipeline goals.
  • Market Research: Develop and refine an ideal customer profile within the healthcare ecosystem. Stay informed on digital health trends, competitive solutions, and regulatory shifts to tailor your messaging and outreach strategies effectively.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Product teams to ensure sales efforts, messaging, and target segments align with company strategy. Provide real-time feedback from customer conversations to refine positioning, improve outreach, and support product evolution.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze metrics such as open rates, response rates, call conversions, and meeting quality. Use data to iterate on your outreach approach, optimize messaging, and maximize overall SDR performance.



Who are we looking for? 

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales development or outbound lead generation experience, ideally in healthcare or health-tech, with a solid record of creating a qualified pipeline and closing deals.
  • Good at selling, knows how to make the right points at the right time, and is motivated by winning business.
  • Strong communicator who is confident on cold calls, writes clear messages, and can build trust with the stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and able to use data to improve outreach.
  • Understands basic SaaS or healthcare metrics and common workflows and challenges in the healthcare space.
  • Self-starter who learns quickly, can handle a fast-moving, early-stage environment, and is okay with some ambiguity.
  • Team player who can work across different groups and time zones and cares about improving women’s health.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field.
