- Proven Team Management and leadership abilities, including coaching, performance management, and building collaborative, high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated Budgeting and financial planning skills, with a track record of managing costs, forecasting, and supporting sustainable growth.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to design and maintain service standards that ensure reliability, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
