Job Description
Patient Management
- Consultation Champion: Help patients make an informed decision, build rapport, understanding their goals/concerns, clearly explain treatment pathways, expectations, and financing options
- Track and follow up on current and prospective patients to support case acceptance
Office Management
- Collaborate regularly with doctor to develop, implement, and maintain office goals/policies
- Interview, conduct performance reviews, and address staff issues/conflicts
- Coordinates daily huddle and team meetings
- Ensures staffing is appropriate for day to day operations
- Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
Salary: $65-75K/year performance-based bonus incentives
Employment Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week
Hours: Normal clinic hours M - Th (8am-5pm). Fridays open by appt
Education/Experience/Skills
- Knowledge of business and accounting processes usually obtained from an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Health Care Administration. Experience may substitute for education.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management position
- Foundation in billing and insurance
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Strong hospitality skills
- Proficiency in technology (e.g. Google Workspace, Canva, OpenDental, etc)
