Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time/part-time Server to join our Asian Restaurant.
Oriental Pearl is a vibrant Pan-Asian restaurant located at 1550 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA, offering a fusion of Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and other East Asian flavors. From our handcrafted sushi to flavorful stir-fries and exotic curries, we bring culinary excellence and warm service to every guest.
Duties
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring that all requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and address any guest concerns or special requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a restaurant server is required.
- Previous experience as a Server in an Asian/Chinese restaurant is preferred.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed throughout the shift.
Restaurant Hours (These are just the restaurant's open to close hours. Not Full shifts)
- Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
- Friday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Pay- Based on Tips but $18 an hour minimum guaranteed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
