We are looking for a full time Restaurant Cashier/Receptionist Associate.
Oriental Pearl is a vibrant Pan-Asian restaurant located at 1550 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA, offering a fusion of Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and other East Asian flavors. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience answering restaurant phone calls and as a cashier
- Previous experience using a Restaurant POS system
- Asian restaurant experience is a strong plus (sushi, Chinese, Thai, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Take and process phone and in-person orders accurately using the POS system
- Take cash and credit card transactions for pick up orders.
- Assist in packing takeout or delivery orders during busy hours
- Assist with general side duties such as restocking supplies
- Greet and seat dine-in guests promptly and courteously
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Hours (These are the restaurant's open to close hours not shift hours)
- Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
- Friday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
