erver Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Recommend menu items, specials, or pairings to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure hot food is served to your guests
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including tables and service stations
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism
- Stay updated on menu changes, restaurant policies, and food safety standards
- Align tasks with guest satisfaction and restaurant operational goals
- Communicate order details and guest feedback to team members and supervisors
Pay: $15.10 - $30.00 per hour
