Duties
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Bus tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a clean dining environment for incoming patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
