Are you creative, social media savvy, highly organized, and passionate about fashion, marketing, and entrepreneurship?

Oriana LaMarca Designs is a growing, female-founded jewelry and lifestyle brand rooted in creativity, storytelling, craftsmanship, and community.

We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious Creative Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to work directly alongside our founder, Oriana, helping bring creative ideas to life while supporting the growth and daily operations of our brands.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining social media, digital marketing, content creation, e-commerce, and brand development.

We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, takes initiative, loves learning, and is excited about growing professionally alongside a creative entrepreneur.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Social Media & Content Creation

• Collaborate with Oriana to develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with our brand and business goals.
• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Develop Reels, TikToks, Stories, graphics, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Plan and maintain an organized social media content calendar.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, comments, and social media interactions.
• Identify trends, develop new content concepts, and contribute creative ideas.
• Monitor social media analytics and identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and sales.
• Maintain brand consistency in all messaging, visuals, and communications.

2. Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns

• Design, create, and schedule approximately 5-6 email marketing campaigns per week.
• Develop engaging email graphics, subject lines, promotional messaging, and product storytelling.
• Coordinate email and social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and special events.
• Proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

3. Shopify & E-Commerce Management

• Upload and manage products, descriptions, pricing, images, and variants.
• Organize website collections and maintain an elevated online shopping experience.
• Assist with product launches, promotional campaigns, and website merchandising.
• Update website banners, graphics, and other visual content.
• Research additional online marketplaces and sales platforms to expand our digital presence.

4. Brand Development, Influencer Marketing & Content Writing

• Collaborate directly with Oriana to brainstorm creative campaigns, new collections, and brand initiatives.
• Assist with influencer collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and public relations opportunities.
• Help create and publish engaging blog posts, lifestyle articles, and SEO-friendly website content.
• Repurpose existing content across email, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Assist with photoshoots, pop-ups, fundraisers, special events, and brand collaborations.
• Explore new digital tools, marketing opportunities, and platforms that can help grow our brands.

5. Customer Experience & Executive Support

• Support the founder with administrative tasks, project coordination, and day-to-day business operations.
• Help organize projects, manage deadlines, and coordinate with other team members.
• Take initiative in turning ideas into action and keeping projects moving forward.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Instagram and TikTok content creation, including filming and editing short-form videos.
• Working knowledge of Shopify.
• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Creative thinking combined with the ability to execute projects efficiently.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo.
• Photography, graphic design, or additional video editing experience.
• Knowledge of SEO, blogging, and website optimization.
• Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or public relations.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and e-commerce performance metrics.

Previous experience is valued, but creativity, initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
