Warehouse Inventory Assistant

25-30 A Week | 6 Hour Shifts | Can Be Flexible Hours & Days
9–3, 8–2, or 10–4 ideally, but willing to accommodate for the right person

We’re looking for a dependable, organized person to help keep our small batch beauty fragrance warehouse running smoothly.

This is a hands on role with a mix of warehouse organization, inventory, supplies and light production.

What You’ll Do

• Unbox incoming supplies deliveries
• Put supplies & inventory in the correct locations
• Help organize shelves, bins and SKUs
• Keep warehouse areas neat easy to work in
• Break down boxes take out trash
• Restock production supplies
• Help keep track of what we’re running low on
• Assist with inventory counts
• Help with ordering supplies as needed
• Label organize products and materials
• Assist with production
• Help us create simple systems so everything has a place

We currently do NOT have strong warehouse systems in place, so part of this role will be helping us turn the chaos into a repeatable daily routine.

You do not need management experience.

You do need to be the type of person who sees a messy shelf and wants to fix it.

Someone who notices when something is in the wrong place.

Someone who thinks, “There has to be a better way to organize this.”

And then actually does it.

Schedule
Monday–Friday (or 4 days a week one Saturday or Sunday)
Approximately 6 hours per day
Daytime hours are flexible

Pay: $21.12 - $24.58 per hour
