JOB SUMMARY:
Orgenetics is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to help and assist the sales team with our business customers via phone and email. The sales assistant will maintain customer relationships with accurate data entry for all potential deals by offering excellent service, sharing product information, and following up on sales leads from representatives.
Main duties include:
- Call and E-mail follow up with selective customers from our database as per the sales team’s directions for targeted products and services
- Provide pricing and availability of products and services to customers, as per the sales team’s directions
· Promote sales through the company CRM and assist the sales team with regular outreach.
· Respond to customer and prospective requests for price quotes and other customer requirements
- Assist team members with sales and follow up as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Demonstrated ability to effectively use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for daily tasks and communication.
· Attention to Detail: Consistently accurate in entering and managing data, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
· Clear Communication: Capable of communicating professionally and clearly with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as with customers.
· Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Skilled at working with minimal supervision, as well as contributing positively within a team environment.
· Problem Solving Across Functions: Adept at resolving issues that span different functional areas, and able to multi-task efficiently.
· Technical Product Knowledge: Willingness and ability to learn and understand technical aspects of various product lines.
· Customer Service Skills: Strong phone etiquette and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
· Excellent Written and Oral Communication: Highly developed skills in both writing and speaking, used to support internal and external interactions.
· Accurate Word Processing and Data Entry: Precision in processing documents and entering data quickly and accurately.
· Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective at identifying and addressing challenges as they arise.
· Organization and Reliability: Well-organized and dependable, consistently delivering on commitments and responsibilities.
