Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ, for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager is responsible for leading and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising construction activities, monitoring budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and overseeing project controls. The Construction Manager will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractors
- Experience with Budgeting and Project Control to ensure efficient resource management and successful project delivery
- Expertise in Construction and Construction Safety to maintain quality and compliance with safety standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction project management software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of water treatment or industrial construction is a plus
