Role Description
Join me in bringing curated comfort to unique, high end homes across NYC.
I'm looking for a hands-on Professional Organizer to work alongside the lead organizer! In this role, you will be assisting in clients’ homes, supporting the setup of organizational systems while ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, a true self-starter and passionate about organization and helping others. This is a client-facing role where professionalism, efficiency, and hustle are equally as important as your organizing skills!
Responsibilities
- Categorize, declutter, and organize items with attention to both functionality and aesthetics.
- Create order out of chaos; able to sort through clutter and establish categorized piles that set the foundation for next steps in the organizing process.
- Take direction and execute systems accurately while also working independently when needed.
- Support the lead organizer by providing hands on support and ensuring tasks run smoothly.
- Staying organized throughout the project by consolidating supplies, taking measurement notes, and keeping cleaning essentials accessible and orderly.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and arrange items during typical organizing tasks. You will be on your feet majority of the day.
- Maintain a professional, client-focused presence at all times while ensuring they are always in good hands.
- Familiarity with home organizing products that are used regularly (bins, dividers, labels etc.)
- Knowledge of fashion brands and an understanding of how to organize fashion items in a way that showcases their value and utility.
Qualifications
- Natural passion for organizing and helping others.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct even the smallest inconsistencies.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and “hustle” mentality.
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Strong customer service skills; able to build trust quickly and develop great relationships.
- Patience, confidence, and positivity to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Experience in professional organizing, luxury services, or retail/fashion is preferred.
- College degree is preferred.
Job Details & Perks
- Hourly Pay. Working Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm (4–5 days per week).

- Willingness to Travel Outside NYC: 15%
