The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing plant operations for soap, detergent, dish wash, hand wash, and related FMCG cleaning products.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on manufacturing leader with strong technical knowledge of soap and detergent production. The candidate should be capable of managing the complete plant independently, improving productivity, controlling wastage, maintaining quality standards, leading teams, and ensuring smooth coordination with management and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall plant operations for soap, detergent, dish wash, hand wash, and related cleaning products.
- Plan, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure product quality, process efficiency, safety, hygiene, and cost control.
- Manage production, maintenance, quality, store, and plant manpower effectively.
- Monitor raw material usage, wastage, machine downtime, and productivity.
- Implement SOPs, 5S, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Management teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare plant performance reports and recommend improvement actions.
- Strong knowledge of soap, detergent, dish wash, and hand wash manufacturing.
- Proven plant operations and production management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management ability.
- Good understanding of quality control, maintenance, safety, and cost optimization.
- Ability to improve productivity, reduce wastage, and control downtime.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP and production reporting systems will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Management, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in plant operations, production, or manufacturing management.
- Prior experience in soap, detergent, dish wash, hand wash, hygiene products, or FMCG manufacturing will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience as Plant Head, Factory Manager, Production Head, Operations Head, or Manufacturing Manager in a soap/detergent industry will be given priority.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on manufacturing leader with strong technical knowledge of soap and detergent production.
