Location - Onsite Thisis an onsite role that works at Cashton Distribution Center in Cashton, WI. The hours/Schedule for the role will be 6am to 2:30pm, 5 days a week. On call every 6 weeks- on call for a 7 day window of Thursday to Wednesday.

Summary of Role
The Warehouse Maintenance Technician provides hands on maintenance and operational support across powered industrial equipment, facility assets, and maintenance systems at the Cashton Distribution Center. This role is broad in scope and supports preventive maintenance, equipment service support, inventory and documentation ownership, training support, and on call coverage. This role is expected to operate independently on routine work, escalate unfamiliar issues appropriately, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the maintenance team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
oPerform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair activities on facility systems and material handling equipment, including but not limited to powered industrial equipment, batteries and charging systems, spotters, docks, wrappers, racking, overhead doors, generators, ammonia related equipment and the automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS).
oSupport continuous facility operation by participating in "on call" availability outside normal business hours.
oManage work within the established computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) including accurate entry, prioritization, and completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
oPerform all work in compliance with OSHA regulations, cooperative safety policies, and site-specific safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space, hot work and contractor safety requirements applicable to assigned tasks.
oMaintain required safety training, certifications, medical evaluations and annual fit testing as required by the respiratory protection program. Must be able to wear and properly use a full-face air purifying respirator.
oEnsure proper use, training, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with the PPE assessment specific to each location, job function, or exposure level.
oSafely perform work at heights using fall protection systems when required. Must be able to occasionally climb and troubleshoot equipment up to approximately 90 feet.
oWork with maintenance leadership and team members to continuously improve equipment reliability, documentation quality, inventory accuracy, parts usage discipline and maintenance workflows.
oHandle confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
oHigh School Diploma or HSED
o3-5 years demonstrated experience in an industrial setting, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
oBroad mechanical aptitude with ability to work across multiple equipment types rather than a single specialized trade.
oProven troubleshooting skills across multiple applications and equipment types.
oCompetent operational ability and acceptable knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
oAbility to work effectively and maintain deadlines with limited supervision.
oCritical thinking and decision-making skills; able to make effective decisions among primarily known / understood conditions with occasional variables.
oBasic math skills including arithmetic; ability to perform and interpret basic calculations related to count, weight, time, rate, and distance.
oVerbal and written communication skills; ability to follow instructions and to clearly express ideas in a concise and professional manner.
oEffective collaborative skills. Must perform comfortably in group settings.
oMust be able to read, write, and understand English.

Base hourly wage range: 26.34 per hour - 31.93 per hour
The typical hourly wage for a new hire with little or no experience is 26.34. This position alsoreceives a 2.00 per hour shift premium between the hours of 6pm and 12am, a 3.00 per hour shift premium between the hours of 12am and 6am or this position receives a2.00 per hour shift premium on Saturdays and Sundays. This hourly wage rangeis exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also includeincentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. Ifyou are hired at CROPP, your final base hourly wage compensation will be determinedbased on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/orexperience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity andconsider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any finaloffer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role shouldexpect to be at the lower end of the hourly wage range and hiring at the maximum of the hourly wage rangeis not typical.
