Landscaper / Landscape Crew Member

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscaper / Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high-quality work, and can perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will assist with a variety of landscaping tasks including lawn installation, irrigation work, planting, grading, rock and mulch installation, and general landscape construction. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects
• Install sod, plants, trees, rock, mulch, and other landscape materials
• Perform grading, shovel work, trenching, and site cleanup
• Assist with irrigation and sprinkler installation/repairs
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Follow directions from crew leaders and complete work efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Represent the company professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications:

• Landscaping, construction, irrigation, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Experience operating skid steers, mini skid steers, mowers, or other equipment is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Pay:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
